First I'd like to say that it's a great mod and I love it!
Starting out I was completely fine walking around looting things killing people talking to people.
Now all the suddon when I make it up to the duty outpost Some random FMV plays and then it goes back to the game with me laying dead with a red hunger symbol.
I can only play about 2 minutes into my load and it happens again.
Is this part of the mod? Was I suppose to do something?
It happens right away when I talk to/loot someone also.
Have you tried eating something right after loading?
Also, take a sleep in your sleeping bag, I never had that problem but that might be it.
I've eaten and I've slept one hour in the last I'd say 12.

What FMV plays exactly? I get a similar problem sometimes, too. I wake up and I suddenly die.
I suggest you pig out on 2 breads and 2 sausage, then sleep for three hours.
If an FMV plays, and there's red flashing and thunder all around, that's a Blowout. FIND COVER if that's the case.
It was Kanyhalos' decision to make changes to the sleeping and drinking system which causes these problems. I quit the team because I didn't like the way he was running the mod and his design decisions. I'm not the author of the mod, by the way. All members of the team, me, Kanyhalos, etc. and all the people that made the mods we integrated are the authors.
The one where that guy was shooting at the rats or w/e then its just me on the ground completely starved even though I keep myself well fed.
