Tactical shield

How to add it to your map?

Does anybody know how to add a tactical shield to your map? I can't find it in the entity list.

    CS:S doesn't have shields.

    Ah thanks for the input guys, but I needed it only to use as a middle-ages-shield for over my fireplace hehe :). And I already made one myself (http://www.fpsbanana.com/prefabs/2649).
