Yea its the reload Pls gimme feedback i need some improvements

The hand motion is very firm and actiony (if thats a word), but the gun doesnt seem to go along with the hands. like the gun moves too calmly while the hands are very animated and energetic. add more motion and exaggeration to the weapon movements and it'll be great! interesting style of reload too, as has already been pointed out :P

Make sure when you bring something back to idle it's in the exact position it started in. Your bolt jumps very slightly at the end as does the magazine it looks like it was rotated slightly before it came back to idle. These kind of things can be difficult to notice but jerks in the animation separate good ones from bad ones.
The gun appears to have no weight and at one point you actually have it floating in the air. The hand on the foregrip leaves it before the trigger hand finishes reloading. As modder said this is a very weird way to reload and is a bit of a juggling act.

First of all; the method you chose to reload the gun is odd. When you are at a shooting range, you could reload it this way, yeah. But in war, people don't have time to juggle with their guns. Conclusion: use the left hand for the magout and magin sequences and the right one for the boltpull only. Also, the weapon needs way more weight.
