Posted by Evan-0-matic I will look up a reference for this and leave constructive feedback once i have some...IF....you tell me how you do your nifty renders? I really need to learn more about rendering in Max, help...please?

I used vray for this one. If you can.. acquire.. a copy, than it's really good. As for normal max rendering, I have a tut somewhere, I'll dig it up for you. tut I would play around with the material a bit and tone down the reflections, it tends to wash out minor details, but other than that it's nice. After trying vray though, I would definitely recommend it.

Looking good, try softening the edge of the side of the receiver where it meets the curvature of the chamber.
