Evan's Sig552. B0T UV'd dis bitch, and Snake's doing the skin. So I thought I'd slap some shitimations on it to see what'd happen. Finally got around to fixing my Max 8 rig, so now more fucked up Max 9 anims anymore! Woo hoo! :D

I KNOW ABOUT THE SMOOTHING ON THE STOCK! I was dumb and didn't fix it before I chopped the gun to pieces and put the hands on it, so I'll hafta do it afterwards. I WILL fix it. Don't worry.

Just the idle so far. Comments and crits before I go ahead and starting making shit fly? If you're an ass-kisser constructive with you're feedback you'll get a few points (you better be damn helpful though, I don't just idiotically hand shit out for free. I ain't no stimulus package).

    I didn't make the model this way, and it's not correct or even physically possible since the 552 rear sight is NOT rail mounted!

    Slight updates. not much, but it looks a little better imo. (i fixed the safety switch too, thx mark!)

    the other origins i tried just made the gun look ugly, so i think i'm gonna stick with this and animate it like it is in idle #2. any objections?

    Yes, this was my first run, just to get the wip up. i mainly focused on hand positioning for right now. the origins are rough because i didn't have time to fiddle with those yet, so i'll be doing that sometime tonight

    thx for the help yall (5 pts to mark). and evan, i'll look into fixing the sight, but for now i think that's mostly outta my hands. i could edit the model some, but that might be more of a job for the compiler. you just want the entire sight gone, or what? i think it looks cool :(

    WHO THE HELL re-smoothed my model!?

    The stock and rear of the gun look like shit. It's meant to have some hard edges. And please get rid of the rail...it's cutting into the rear sight and i only intended it to be for use with the other variant of this model (larger mag, and flipped down front sight with no rear sight...but not all the pieces were UV mapped).

    World view looks great, but i'm not sure about the origins.
